Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Pour into a large glass.
