Raspberry Mascarpone Frosting Recipe

Raspberry Mascarpone frosting is a wonderful way to top your cupcakes, cake or even cookies!

- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 teaspoon raspberry extract
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
Whisk together the sugar, raspberry extract, mascarpone and butter, adding the milk as needed. Beat for about 3 minutes until fluffy and thick.
Spoon the frosting into a piping bag and decorate cooled cupcakes as desired.
