Raspberry Mascarpone Frosting Recipe

Raspberry Mascarpone frosting is a wonderful way to top your cupcakes, cake or even cookies!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon raspberry extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the sugar, raspberry extract, mascarpone and butter, adding the milk as needed. Beat for about 3 minutes until fluffy and thick.
  • Spoon the frosting into a piping bag and decorate cooled cupcakes as desired.
