Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Plain Grass Fed Organic Whole Yogurt not low fat or your favorite lower carb vegan plain yogurt (like SoDelicious or Lava)
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Collagen Protein Powder I link to my fave below this recipe
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite berries sliced strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries
  • A few shavings of low carb or bakers chocolate or low carb chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Chocolate Collagen Protein Powder into the yogurt, until combined.
  • Top with the berries
  • Sprinkle on the chocolate shavings or chocolate chips.
  • Enjoy!
