Apple Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ C. natural applesauce
  • 8 oz. milk you could also substitute almond milk or coconut milk f you wish
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • handful of ice

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and and blend for 30 seconds – 1 minute. I like to pulse the blender to help mix everything together.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
