Easy Old Bay Grilled Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of shrimp we like the larger size 16-20 per pound, peeled and de-veined
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice or wine vinegar works well too, I like Modeno Vinegar, see resources below the recipe
  • 1/4 cup Avocado or Algae Oil I like these 2 oils for grilling for their higher smoke point, see resources below the recipe
  • 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

Method
 

  1. Peel and de-vein the shrimp and rinse thoroughly.
  2. Marinade the shrimp in a bag or large bowl with the lemon juice or vinegar and the oil and Old Bay Seasoning for 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Skewer the shrimp 5-6 per skewer.
  4. Grill for about 3-5 minutes each side, until they turn from opaque to white and get some nice color to them.
  5. Serve with your favorite cocktail sauce!
