Gluten Free- Grain Free Dark Chocolate Crisps

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350` Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together with a fork until moist and well combined.
  3. Put the mixture on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Put a second piece of parchment paper over the top.
  4. Roll out to about 1/8 inch with a rolling pin.
  5. Score the crisps with a knife into 1 to 2 inch squares before baking.
  6. Bake at 350` Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and recut/ score with the knife into 1 to 2 inch squares.
