Lemon Dill Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • juice of 1 lemon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix together the onion powder, dill weed and sea salt in small bowl.
  3. Place fish, skin-side down, in lightly greased baking pan. Combine the lemon and avocado oil. Lightly brush the salmon with the lemon and avocado oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over fish.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
