Lemon Pepper Grilled Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 salmon fillets
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 T olive oil
  • lemon pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine the lemon juice, and olive oil, and pour it over the top of the salmon fillets. Allow the fillets to marinade for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Sprinkle lemon pepper and salt over the top of the fillets just before you're ready to grill them.
  3. Grill over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes on each side, or until the filets are tender and flaky.
