I recently had the opportunity to try Hyperstrike for a couple months for free. Hyperstrike is an online personal training website. The site is a wealth of information if you’re trying to live a healthy lifestyle.

You plug in your personal information, and Hyperstrike creates a workout for you. They create the workout with equipment you have access to, and they use the activities you enjoy.
