You don’t have to miss out on great taste because you’re low cab, and you can take great recipes to holiday gathering that no one will know you brought because they were low carb!
The food and recipes here are mostly low-carb, grain free, gluten free, Whole30 and/ or Paleo. I have been gluten-free and mostly grain-free for about 7 years, so if I can find a recipe that’s paleo, AND low carb, that’s a double bonus, but I do enjoy a little dairy once in a while!
