I enjoy sharing my favorite (keto) low-carb recipes and food, products and food ideas, including kitchen and cooking tips, favorite foods and kitchen hacks. I also love sharing how you can stay low-carb with fun food ideas for entertaining and the holidays. You don’t have to miss out on great taste because you’re low cab, and you can take great recipes to holiday gathering that no one will know you brought because they were low carb!
The food and recipes here are mostly low-carb, grain free, gluten free, Whole30 and/ or Paleo. I have been gluten-free and mostly grain-free for about 7 years, so if I can find a recipe that’s paleo, AND low carb, that’s a double bonus, but I do enjoy a little dairy once in a while!
